Refund policy

Returns for products are only accepted for manufacturer or production defects. All orders are printed on demand and will be a final sale. Refund requests due to customer order errors such as wrong size or color will not be accepted. Any requests for refund must be submitted to orders@kreaitoncompany.com along with a picture of defective product for review. Responses for refunds will be reviewing within 24 hours. If refund is accepted, customer is responsible for the shipping of the product back to Kreation Company Apparel.
